We collect the details you submit through our contact form and newsletter form: name, email address, phone number, church or organisation name and the content of your message. We also collect basic anonymous usage data such as pages visited.
How We Use It
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, process a membership or partnership request and send council updates if you asked for them. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for three years so that we can trace the history of a request. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request to info@naccsa.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
