What is NACCSA?
NACCSA is a national umbrella body representing Apostolic churches throughout South Africa. It was established on 27 April 2023 to promote unity, cooperation, spiritual growth and community development.
Which churches can become members?
Apostolic churches in any of the nine provinces may apply. Congregations of every size are welcome, including assemblies that are still formalising their registration.
Does membership change how our church worships?
No. Member churches keep their own traditions, structures and identity. The council works alongside them, it does not govern their services or doctrine.
What does the council actually provide?
Leadership support, governance and compliance guidance, ministerial training, youth and women's programmes, research, and help with community development projects.
How do we apply for membership?
Send your church name, province, leadership contact details and a short history to the national office by email. A provincial coordinator will arrange a meeting.
Is there a cost involved?
Member churches contribute towards council administration. Amounts are agreed at national meetings and are kept low so that small congregations are not excluded.
Can organisations outside the church partner with NACCSA?
Yes. We work with government departments, municipalities, NGOs, schools, community organisations, corporate partners and international ministries.
How is the council governed?
Through a national executive supported by provincial leadership teams, committees and advisory structures covering youth, women's leadership, research, administration and legal support.
