Training That Serves the Pulpit
Why practical ministry training matters as much as formal theology.
A pastor who preaches on Sunday also counsels on Monday, buries the dead on Tuesday and answers the church's bank queries on Wednesday. Training has to prepare leaders for all of it.
Our workshops keep two tracks running side by side. One deals with scripture, doctrine and preaching. The other deals with administration, pastoral care, safeguarding and the paperwork that keeps a church lawful and trusted.
Feedback from the provincial schools has been consistent. Leaders want short, repeatable sessions close to home rather than long courses in distant cities. We are building the 2026 calendar around that.
